Our teas are small-batch blends made from organic herbs grown and harvested by local farms when possible, ensuring freshness and potency without additives.

At SoCal Herb Co., we believe herbal tea should do more than taste good.

Thank you so much for shopping with us.  As a small, family owned business, every order is carefully packed with love and intention.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our herbal teas and personal care products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside our direct control. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates or prevent theft, please reach out if you experience an issue, and we'll do our best to assist you!

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers, before completing your purchase.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.
